CHOOSE THE BEST CAREER

Choosing the best career is simple but risky. It is risky because a career chosen with simple thought can destroy the peace of your life. That is why I brought a well-researched article about "HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST CAREER" for you.

STEP 1: CONSIDER RISK FACTOR WHILE CHOOSING A CAREER

MORE RISK=MORE MONEY. It is true that you will get more money if you take more risk. But it is not true in all cases.
Coalmine workers take the risk yet they earn less than their manager.
That is why you need to choose a career that is less risky & rewards more.
Choose a career that gives a reward for taking the risk.

STEP:2: SOCIETY & PARENTS

Society told to become a doctor. You listened to the honorable society & become a doctor & earned millions. LOL🤣

then what?

Nothing. You will feel frustrated all the time. You will never find free time for your family or personal hobbies.

That is why it is advised to choose a career you really like. Society or parents only know your outer one. But you know yourself better. You know your capacity.

Society only tells you to choose a career by reviewing its good sides they never think about the bad side of career while advising you to choose a career.

Whenever parents or relatives advise you to choose a career then only say about a career they heard from other. They never research about it before advising you.

That is why you should never care about their advice if you think they advising you occasionally.

Always remember:- You have to listen, professionals, not to the society or parents. Your parents & society know nothing about IIT, NIIT, MBBS but they still send you to die there.

If maximum people advise you to join IIT then never go there. Never listen unprofessional while choosing a career.

People only tell you good sides of a job if they like it But you have to keep an eye on both good side & bad side while choosing a secured career.

By the way, Indian IIT is overrated. Never join IIT if you don't like it. You will regret if you join unwillingly.

STEP:3: TRENDING JOB

Every job has its trending period. For example during 70s-80s engineering was trending in almost every country. But now normal engineers are of no use.

Before choosing a job first check if that job going to be a hot job for decades or not.

Nowadays there are more career options. It means you can choose the best one at least the one you like from your heart.

More option means career life expectancy is less so choose your career wisely.

IIT trend is going end after 2025. AIIMS & NEET trend is going to end after 2030. So be careful while choosing a career.

STEP:4: PASSION IS THE FIRST THING TO CONSIDER WHILE CHOOSING A CAREER

Most of the AIIMS/NEET toppers are not good doctors.

Most passionate MBBS students become the good doctor in the future. So instead of focusing on marks test your passion first.

If you don't like career then don't join it.

Happiness is greater than money. If you can not find happiness in a career then avoid that career.

Passion is the biggest motivator in the toughest period of life.

If you choose a career without passion then you will regret later. Most of the Indian medical students choose doctor as their profession because society & parents advice them to do so.

But they lose their coolness faster.

Indian medical students are most frustrated students in the world. Once they used to dream about being a fashion designer, model or singer now they are feeling frustrated by their medical profession.

STEP:5: WHAT YOU GOOD AT?

A surgeon needs to be good at surgery. No one asks a bad surgeon who has only a certificate. To be a good surgeon you need to be an expert.

If you want to be a good programmer then you need to be good at programming languages.

No one is going to tolerate you if you don't have talent unless it is a govt job.

STEP:6: I AM NOT GOOD AT ANYTHING. STILL, WANT TO JOIN A PARTICULAR JOB/CAREER

I have seen many engineering students working in companies without knowing coding where coding is the main task of employees.

Many employees are mocked by seniors & colleagues for not knowing any coding language.

Later, they learned coding language & become an expert in many coding languages. Now both seniors & colleagues seeking advice from them (once they used to make fun of them)

You can join if you love to learn new things.

STEP:7: A CAREER THAT HAS A CONNECTION WITH YOUR DREAM

Yes, many doctors & engineers earning more than 1M $ monthly. To come to this stage they did lots of sacrifices.

If you only dream without doing lots of hard work & smart work then you cannot fulfill your dreams.

STEP:8: DO I NEED TO STUDY FURTHER

Many careers are volatile. You need to gain new knowledge in order to sustain in that type of career.
If you are in the programming field then you need to learn new programming every year for the sake of your career.

If you are a doctor then you need to know more about a particular disease and its new medicines.

If you don't like to study further after getting a job then you should choose a carer that suits your demand.

STEP:9: HOLIDAY CAREER

After getting a job you will work days & nights out of excitement for maximum 2-3 years.

Then you will think about your family & work pressure.

Then you will think you need some rest for your family or enjoying life. But the company will never grant your leave.

" OH, SHIT!!! Why I chose this field as my career? there is no holiday to time pass."

If you are a family guy then you should choose a career that gives free days to enjoy life.

STEP:10: NO POLITICS

IT employees know about this. Crowded job places like IT firms face politics. Not external but the internal politics.

You cannot survive in this type of job if you don't know how to satisfy your boss & seniors.

If you hate politics, external interruption in your job then you should choose a career where fewer employees work.

STEP:11: SECURE

Many companies become bankrupt without no time. If you work in these types of companies where the company has a lack of discipline, management & good environment then you should avoid these types of companies.
You will be thrown out even if you are talented, hardworking & sincere.
Try to find out which types careers are going to be out of demand in the next few years & avoid these types of jobs.
Before choosing a career research about it. Is it going to sustain at least for 30 yrs or not?

STEP:12: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE VS YOUR CAREER

Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and deep learning are getting advanced day by day.
Artificial intelligence can drive a car, can cook, check the health of a patient, do critical surgeries etc.
If you are choosing a career that AI is going to grab within a few years then be alert!!

In near feature AI is going to rule the world. So choose a career wisely. If you want to be a doctor then no need to worry but have a back up plan. AI is going to eat doctors job.
